Terms & conditions
By placing a booking you agree to the following terms and conditions, and you must read and understand the risk assessments. These rules and information help ensure a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
1. Dog health, safety & well-being
- Female dogs in heat/season are not permitted to attend the unit.
- Dogs displaying symptoms of illness may not enter. Please allow at least 48 hours after a bout of diarrhoea or vomiting before attending.
- Reactive or aggressive dogs are not permitted in group/social sessions. If you have recently rescued or fostered a dog, please ensure you are confident in their behaviour before attending. A private hire slot is likely to be more suitable whilst they settle in to their new home.
- Vaccinated dogs are preferred, though unvaccinated dogs may attend the unit.
- If your dog shows signs of ill-health after recently attending the unit, and you suspect, or know, that what they have is contagious, you will inform us via email, to allow us to alert other users and carry out a deep clean.
2. Owner responsibility
- Owners must clean up after their dogs both inside the unit and in the car park. If any faeces, urine, or damages are left undisclosed, a £20 cleaning fee will be automatically charged. Please inform us via email of any accidents or damages before leaving.
- Owners accept full responsibility for their dogs when attending the unit and its equipment. Sit.Stay.Play's Public Liability insurance does not cover injuries whilst using the equipment.
- Dogs must not be left unattended at any time, and must be fully supervised by their owner.
- In the event that a dog causes harm to another dog whilst visiting the unit, the owner is liable and must take responsibility. Sit.Stay.Play takes no responsibility for the behaviour of the dogs in attendance at the unit.
